Our seasonal menu revolves around the daily bounty delivered by local fishermen and producers of the East Coast. We are a specialist seafood business; our partner, Freycinet Marine Farm, just down the road in Coles Bay, provides us with daily harvested produce from its leases in Great Oyster Bay. We have local fishermen sustainably catching and diving our Tasmanian waters to provide the most amazing quality delicacies for you.
